Phone orders using a major credit card are accepted.

Each copy is $64.95, plus shipping & handling costs depending on your chosen shipping method.

Multi-copy discounts and reduced rate shipping is available and can be discussed over the phone.

I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the product, shipping rates, insurance and delivery time frames.

If you live in the United States, its territories or possessions and would like to order by mail please send a cheque or post office money order for $71.00 per copy ($74.85 per copy for shipments to New Jersey), payable to Peter Dougherty. This includes shipping and handling.

Please be sure to tell me where you would like the book to be shipped. I do not want to assume that the return address on your envelope is the correct shipping address!

If you would like me to sign and/or inscribe the book (i.e. a personal greeting from me—the author—to the reader) please let me know the inscription should read.

Mail order is only available to purchasers within the United States, its territories, and possessions. International customers please use the online order option.

DO NOT send mail orders by Certified or Registered mail. This might delay your order by several days. First class or Priority Mail will suffice.
